Raised in Memphis, the 25-year-old singer/songwriter mixes alt country with folk rock to come up with some glorious tunes. Like Dylan he has a gravelly voice that leads to obvious comparisons of the two not only because of the vocals but the similar style that reflects Woody Guthrie. Blair released two albums so far and, from what I read he's a must see live performer.
