The unconventional Dresden Dolls emerged out of Boston in 2001. Bawdy, bold and brazen the duo consists of lead singer/pianist Amanda Palmer and drummer Brian Viglione. Heavily influenced by the 1930's cabaret scene Amanda Palmer blends ribald, lusty lyrics with alternative pop rock. It's a winsome combination that consistently arouses the senses. The Dresden Dolls have released three CDs along with an Amanda Palmer solo album.
