The Walkmen are a five piece indie guitar rock group with roots in the Washington, DC area. Today they reside in Philadelphia and New York City. Vocalist/guitarist Hamilton Leithauser moans while lead guitarist Paul Maroon wails and the garage rock sound soars. Since their formation in 2000, The Walkmen have released five CDs.
