The phrase "one man jam band" describing Keller Williams seems to be both a blessing and a curse and for the same reason. It puts him into a category that you either like or detest. Listening to his tunes, you find that, yes, he does tend to noodle on many songs, but his quarky lyrics and genre switching tendencies certainly are worth hearing. I'd classify his sound as acoustic folk jazz. Virginian Keller Williams has released 15 albums since 1994 at times performing as Keller & The Keels.
