Born in 1972, army brat Josh Rouse used music to keep himself grounded. After becoming a proficient guitar player he began writing songs and singing in Tennessee coffeehouses. His indie folk leanings mingle with alternative country pop stylings and traditional American roots music. Josh Rouse now lives in Spain by the ocean side; the lucky dog. He has released eight studio albums since 1998.
